With technology playing a major part in our lives these days, we run the risk of our lifestyle becoming a little sedentary, and increase the chance of health issues such as headaches, neck pain or spondylosis.
Be aware of your posture at work; sit in a straight posture and get up from your desk even if it is just to have a stretch or get a glass of water.

In an upright position, lift your neck to the sky and hold it for ten seconds and feel the stretch. Now bend it down to see the floor. Repeat five to ten times a day.
Develop the habit of exercising regularly to stay fit and keep weight under control.
