Burning fat can be a challenge but here is one weight loss tip which is easy.

Make a paste with 2 teaspoons organic honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.

Add 1 cup of boiling water, cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Stir the mixture and strain it.

Drink half of it on empty stomach as soon as you wake up and the last half before going to bed.

Being a powerful antioxidant, honey has several health benefits and by mixing it with cinnamon, it reduces fasting blood sugar levels in our body helping to slim down our waistline.

Studies have also revealed that diets rich in cinnamon can help reduce your appetite for high-fat meals.

This is not a quick-fix remedy; there is no magic pill or remedy for weight loss, only remedies that may assist the process.

As Alia mentioned, this remedy is beneficial when used as part of a total weight loss plan that includes regular exercise, a healthy diet, and an adequate intake of pure water. If you are doing all of these things and not losing any weight I would consider consulting a natural health practitioner to assist you.

I have tried this recipe and I know it works on a short term basis. The hard part is to keep those few kilos that you've shed at bay and for this, you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
