A few drops or more of lemon juice in a cup of warm water every morning and before each meal on empty stomach.

Cinnamon-honey paste mixed in a cup of warm water on empty stomach in the morning and before going to bed.

A cup of green tea between meals.

And of course, the golden rule will be to have healthy eating habits and lifestyle to keep those few kilos at bay.

Thank you for your query. These home remedies alone will not make you lose weight, but will assist you as part of a safe weight loss program that includes regular exercise, a healthy, well-balanced diet and an adequate intake of pure water.

Try the lemon juice and warm water in the morning (gradually build up the amount of lemon juice you add), a cup of organic, loose leaf green tea between meals, and the cinnamon before bed.
