Quick Tip #59: Morning herbal health tonic

If you're looking to start your day on a clean and healthy note, this simple morning tonic will serve to do that and more.



herbal tea, morning tonic, morning health tonic, morning tea, lemon water, turmeric benefits, ginger, ginger tea

Add the following ingredients to a mug then fill with boiling water from the kettle.

1/4 teaspoon fresh grated, chopped or minced ginger
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Generous squeeze of lemon juice

All of these super ingredients have a seemingly endless list of benefits, but in a nutshell they will kickstart your immune and digestive systems, aid weight loss, clear the skin, and give your body the morning boost it deserves.
