Children with low self-esteem are often at risk of developing stress and mental health problems.
By helping them find out their strengths and weakness, a positive attitude is maintained. Ask your child to make a list of things they are good at and another list of what they would like to do better, and show them ways on how to achieve them.
Give them your unconditional support. Children who grow in a loving environment are sure of themselves and are well-equipped to face challenges and failures.
