However hard and frustrating it might be, there are some efficient ways to deal with children's tantrums.

If safety aspects are involved, take him by the shoulders and make him understand firmly that you are inflexible.

Use the time-out strategy. By counting to ten, you show your child the limit which should not be crossed.

Be considerate. Stop saying no to everything.

Give them control over little things.

Teach them how to meditate.

Set the best example yourself as children tend to imitate their parents.
