Quick Tip #69: For naturally younger looking hands

Your hands can get more exposure than the rest of your body. And hands can loose their softness before the rest of your skin.

An easy way to help regain some of that softness is to squeeze a little lemon juice onto the hands. Rub it in. Wash it off when you've had enough. Even thirty seconds can be enough to reveal beautiful soft skin.

The citric acid in lemon juice helps to exfoliate layers of old skin, revealing new layers below.
