Many of us have trouble winding down and falling asleep come bedtime. If this is you, then one of the best things you can do for yourself is to create a bedtime ritual.

Doing the same thing each night before bed sends signals to your body that it is sleep time. Suggestions for your ritual include dimming the lights, a hot shower or bath, reading, a self massage with some deep sleep balm, and listening to relaxing music. Avoid the use of all electronic devices.
