A lot of people find that they leave the doctor's office feeling a little "let down". Like they didn't really get the answers that they needed to feel confident moving forward.

Ensure you are seeing the right doctor for you
List symptoms/concerns so you don't forget any
Take someone with you
Ask for clarification in writing if necessary
Ask for a second opinion if you need
It's important to feel confident with your care plan - keep going until you are!
