Being a work at home mum can be hazardous to your health! Keep these 5 things in your work space to keep on top of your health.
1) Water - hydrate regularly!
2) Snacks - to keep your brain fuelled. Nuts and fruit are awesome choices.
3) Chair - seriously, spend the money on a quality chair. You'll be more productive if you are not in pain.
4) To do list / diary - keeping organised will help your mental health.
5) A vision board - remember why you are doing what you are doing. Do half for family goals and half for work.
Remember: Healthy mum = healthy family!
