Try gradually decreasing the temperature of your water over the course of a month and you will hardly notice any difference. Alternatively, have two cold showers a week and reap the best of both worlds!
I don't have cold showers but I always end with cold water, especially in the winter. Not only is it refreshing but it closes the pores that were opened with the warmer water. When the weather, and my house, is cold, I am warmer after a shower than before.
