Losing weight is tough. Indeed, there's no an easy way to be fit. I even did fad diets and as expected it didn't work! I drink lemon juice every morning to detoxify my body naturally but sometimes I ate lemons (fruit) because according to study its fruit or pulp contains the potential health benefits. Green smoothie which made from spirulina powder is one of my detoxifying beverages and improves my digestive system.
