Having a fit and healthy body is something that everyone yearns for, but just as there are no two people alike, no two bodies will do 'healthy' the same way.

These numbers will vary slightly for everyone (a 80/20 ratio may be the key for you), but the balance is always in favour of diet. This means your journey to a stronger, leaner you - while inextricably linked to exercise - actually starts in the kitchen.
