Get the best out of your fridge with these clever tips!

The middle shelf is where you are most likely to pick from, so put your healthiest options there; think chopped veggies or washed fruits.
Put 'treat' foods in opaque or coloured containers; you will be less likely to go for something you can't immediately see.
Get rid of sauces, dressings, drinks, ready-meals etc. with sugar listed among the first three ingredients. Unnecessary added sugars can be done without.
Every few months, bin expired produce and items. No one benefits from out-of-date food.
