With a sedentary lifestyle now fairly commonplace, it has become more important than ever to keep and prioritise physical movement.
A simple but effective way to kick this off is to aim for
10,000 steps every day

Ideas on how to encourage this include:
use public transport
take the stairs
walk to school/the shops/work etc. instead of driving
take a short walk during lunch or after dinner
deliberately be 'inefficient' around the home (eg. take out the bins in two journeys instead of one)
walk to speak to co-workers over email or calling
