This is a great way to up your nutrient intake as you're eating a lot of different fruits at once when you make a salad. It is best to make these salads with seasonal fruits.
1 handful of raw nuts like hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds
I chose to make the salad with winter fruits since we are in winter where I live (but if you live in the Southern hemisphere there are a bundle of summer fruits to choose from); and because I already had them in the house, but you can choose any other fruits you like.
Peel and cut every fruit into small bite size pieces. Add them to a bowl with the nuts and serve as a snack.
