This recipe was handed down to me by a family friend who was suffering from blocked arteries and was scheduled for heart surgery .

Since he was afraid of going under the scalpel, he consulted a Hakeem (Muslim physician who uses natural remedies to cure diseases) from Pakistan, who advised him to drink the following solution daily before breakfast. His doctors were greatly surprised by the results - his arteries were dilated and functioning normally.

Unfortunately, or rather fortunately, I've never had to prepare this solution for myself ,but I would like to share this recipe in the hope of saving a few lives.

1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh ginger juice
1 cup fresh garlic juice
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 cups raw honey

Extract juice from ginger and garlic to obtain one cup of juice from each.
Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and honey to the ginger and garlic juice.
Bring to boil, then simmer on low heat until the solution is reduced by 50%.
Take a tablespoon daily before breakfast.

Please note, this does not negate the need for professional medical advice if you do have a heart condition.

..."I'd like to share this recipe in the hope of saving a few lives." !!! Certainly not a shy statement Alia! Really? Also "....this does negate the need for professional medical advice if you do have a heart condition." This is all bordering on the dangerous to say the least. A great deal of care is needed before setting oneself up to give "knowledgeable" advice like this. Anecdotal evidence is not the same as empirical evidence. If lives are to be saved I'll trust the medical profession over some blogger's comments. Breathtaking.
this is nothing new it's been around for years, my dad use this recipe for years. it did keep colds away, for he got lots of vit'am c',

Guys from a medical perspective i would like to advise you to take caution and not to only rely on this and also continue to seek professional medical advice and not stop any ongoing treatments.
Medical advise should be given with extreme caution and not like this as a side note on a blog site. Thanks.
