A book which was recommended to me and, after reading it, it was a book I couldn't wait to shout about.
The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin is a wonderful book for anyone who has found that life has become a routine. The author takes us through her journey to find happiness - starting with writing down 12 of her personal goals. These goals are those which are truly and authentically linked to her beliefs.
The project involves focusing on one of these goals each month and evaluating whether it brought her happiness at the end of the year. And it did. It also resulted in a fantastic book. Rubin talk us through what worked for her and what didn't work for her, and the book is packed with practical and realistic ideas for making changes to lead a more happy and balanced life.
