We are so bombarded with the latest innovations in exercise, breakthrough diets, and promising nutritional discoveries, you would think the world would be one exceptionally healthy place. The reality is however, this overload of new information can be overwhelming and lead people to make unsuitable health and lifestyle choices.

So letís go back to basics and focus on the one tip that canít help but succeed: find what works for you and stick to it!

Some people thrive on a paleo diet, others on regular HIIT workout sessions. At the end of the day, if how you move and nourish yourself doesnít appeal to you, it wonít last.

Encourage yourself to find a small stock of fruit, veg and whole grains you love and get creative with them. Discover what exercise excites and inspires you. Why waste your time, money and energy on the latest trends if they donít resonate with you? One size does not fit all in this case, and there is no expectation for you to meditate, run marathons and blend kale if you donít want to.

Accept and cater to yourself for who you are, not who you feel you should be. Then, the results will come naturally and joyfully.
