Chia Seed Energy Balls

Energy balls are great when you are in a rush and don’t have time to eat, or you just want a healthy snack that’s delicious and good for you.

Ingredients

300g of pitted dates
100g of almonds
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
4 dried apricots

  • In a small food processor add the almonds and blend until you reach the desired consistency. I like mine to have some texture. Now add the rest of the ingredients and blend until it forms a dough consistency.



  • Take out small scoops and form little balls until you finish the entire dough.

  • You can put them in the fridge and enjoy throughout the week or you can freeze them. I like to make a bigger batch and freeze them to always have on hand.
