This five minute golden latte is a cozy hot drink that’s caffeine-free, healthy and super delicious. It also has a lot of great health benefits.

Turmeric is a really great thing to have on hand, to use it meals, take as a supplement or add to this cozy drink.

In the West we are just fully realising the health benefits of turmeric for our body.

- high in antioxidants
- may help prevent cancer
- may help with the symptoms of arthritis
- may help prevent depression

Ingredients

  • 250ml of almond milk (or any other milk you like)
  • Pinch of fresh grounded black pepper
  • 2g of fresh turmeric, peeled
  • 3g of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon or 2g of cinnamon stick

  • Making this golden milk is super easy. Just throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is combined.
  • Because I added fresh turmeric, the color of the latte is not so bright, but I used whole ingredients.So that’s fine with me.



  • Pour the latte into a small pot and warm it up. When it’s warm enough, pour it into a glass and enjoy.



  • Be sure to use a straw when you drink this turmeric latte because it can stain your teeth. You can add more or less of each ingredient, to make it how you like it.
  • Don’t leave out the pepper because it will help you benefit from all of the turmeric goodness.
