Fruity Icy Poles

These tasty, healthy icy poles are great for summer! They use four ingredients and are naturally preservative and refined sugar free.

Strawberries, kiwi fruit and oranges are packed full of vitamin c. Strawberries are also full of other [Linkhttp://healthyhints.com.au/strawberries-the-health-benefits-of-the-queen-of-fruits/ health benefits]. Enjoy!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 hours or until set
Serves: 6

Ingredients
250g fresh or frozen strawberries, cut
2 oranges, juiced
1 cup seedless grapes
4 ripe kiwi fruit

Method
  • Add 2 tablespoons strawberries into the mounds.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of grapes into the mould.

  • [Image3 Add the grapes on top of the strawberry layer]

  • Pour orange juice into moulds until 2/3 full.
  • Add the kiwi fruit layer last and fill each mound with the remaining orange juice. Insert the stick.

  • Freeze for 6 hours or until set.
