Colour is all around us yet most of us fail to recognise the inherent healing and positive influence that colour can have in our lives.

Every colour resonates at it's own vibration and can deeply impact our wellbeing. To benefit from colour try these tips:

  • Dress for the mood you want to be in
  • Spend a few minutes basking in the vast and vibrant blue of the sky
  • Immerse yourself in the changing hues of a sunset
  • Decorate your home or office with brightly coloured objects, artwork, plants or fresh flowers
  • Paint your bedroom a soft healing blue or green; or use a colourful quilt or doona cover on your bed

  • Enjoy the vibrancy of colour and share it with others.
