How to get some kale back into your diet

We love kale! It is a bitter green so some of you may have tried it once or twice, not enjoyed it and dropped it from your diet. It is worth reconsidering as there are so many reasons to eat kale .

Throw it in smoothies, juice it, roast it, steam it, add it to soups, casseroles and stir-fries; kale can be chewy and bitter so a little tip is to chop it very finely so that it blends into whatever dish you're adding it to.
