How to make a super smoothie
Smoothies can be a great way to up your
fruit and
veg intake, as well as hit your
vitamin and
mineral requirements every day. It's a great hack to
sneak in nutrition if that doesn't come naturally to you!
Skip
sugar-laden store varieties and blitz up your own. Not only is this far
healthier, but it will also work out
much cheaper too.
If you want to
take it out with you, invest in a
mason jar - or just re-use a
500ml jar from your kitchen cupboards.
