How to revive a whole head of celery
Celery is a delicious crunchy vegetable that is unappetising when limp. I have previously used this trick to revive celery stalks and wanted to try it on a whole celery bunch to see if it would work so I could use the whole plant in cooking that night.
The celery fibres will transport the water throughout the celery head and make it crunchy again.

How long will it take to revive a celery?
The time taken to revive a celery will vary based on how limp it is. This celery was extremely limp and took a day in water to revive. To shorten the time cut the celery into two sections; the head with leaves and the stalks.

The revived celery can be used immediately or stored in an airtight container.
