Mango Thickshake
Super
simple but incredibly
delicious and
filling.
Mango is a relatively
low calorie fruit but provides many wonderful nutrients such as
fibre,
vitamin A,
vitamin C and
folate (an essential vitamin required during pregnancy).
I like to throw a few cuts of the
skin in as well - it is great for your own and gives it a delightful
thickness!

Ingredients
1 mango, cubed, frozen
1 cup oat milk
2 tablespoons oats
Method
Throw all ingredients together in a blender. Blitz until a smooth but thick consistency.
