Quick Tip 26 Royal treatment for tired eyes

Smooth, soft skin is a desirable trait and women spends hundreds and thousands of dollar on skin softening and moisturising products, many of which are loaded with harmful chemicals and light years from natural. Here are a few natural, effective and inexpensive treatments for soft skin:

1. Add one and a half cups of apple cider vinegar to your bath - this will also help balance your skin's pH levels.

2. Add 5ml of oil to your bath and massage into your skin while you bathe. The best oils are coconut, almond and avocado, but even olive oil will do at a pinch.

3. If you don't have a bath, try mashing a ripe avocado to a pulp and massaging it into your skin (the green will disappear as your skin begins to absorb the natural oils).
