Many mums face this challenge every day: How do I make meal times healthier while saving time and energy?

Prepare extra of all the healthy components of your meal!

  • Chop extra vegies and use them as a base for tomorrow's dinner or to put in a breakfast omelette

  • If you are chopping pumpkin for a meal tonight you may as well keep going and chop the whole thing


  • Prepare extra salad for a lunch wrap or as a base for dinner

  • Prepare a double serve of quinoa/rice to add as a side to a casserole or as a base for the super fried rice

  • Even without a full meal plan for the week, the pre-prepared things will all get used saving time and energy while increasing your health!
