Reducing cortisol production to aid weight loss
Cortisol is a hormone essential for many bodily functions. During times of physical, emotional or mental stress however, the hormone can be secreted excessively, and its normal release patterns disturbed. This in turn can lead to appetite stimulation and weight gain.
