Strawberry spice smoothie
Spice up your day with a delicious fresh smoothie - great for a light breakfast, snack, or afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 small banana
2 drops pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon or mixed spice
1 cup milk of your choice
1 tablespoon yogurt of your choice
If you're using natural yogurt and like things sweeter, you can add in some honey or a fresh pitted date.
Method
Add all ingredients to your blend and power until well blended.
Serve and enjoy.
