Strawberry spice smoothie

Spice up your day with a delicious fresh smoothie - great for a light breakfast, snack, or afternoon pick-me-up.



Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 drops pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon or mixed spice
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt of your choice

  • If you're using natural yogurt and like things sweeter, you can add in some honey or a fresh pitted date.

    Method
  • Add all ingredients to your blend and power until well blended.
  • Serve and enjoy.
